General Manager

Far West Services, LLC is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our vibrant team. The primary role of the General Manager is to partner with the District Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and effectively overseeing both front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to superior customer service and operational excellence, backed by a solid history in restaurant management and a passion for fostering business growth and team development.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in food service or restaurant management
  • Food Handler Certification is necessary (can be acquired during training)
  • Competence in using computer systems and POS technology
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Spanish language proficiency is advantageous

Core Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the values and culture of Far West Services, LLC with integrity and honesty
  • Recruit, train, and schedule team members in collaboration with the District Manager
  • Manage team performance through coaching, counseling, and necessary disciplinary actions
  • Maintain effective communication with the District Manager regarding operational and HR matters
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure precise recordkeeping
  • Address food preparation challenges and manage customer service issues with professionalism
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing sanitation and safety protocols
  • Contribute to company objectives by taking ownership of responsibilities and enhancing overall performance
  • Adhere to operational standards and strive to meet store performance metrics
