Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed therapist with experience in providing psychotherapy and assessment services to clients. The clinician will work with our team to provide high-quality services to our clients and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy and assessment services to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive services to our clients
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a mental health field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Current licensure as a mental health clinician in Massachusetts (e.g. LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Experience providing psychotherapy and assessment services to clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
