All About People is in search of a Roadway Engineering Project Leader. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the efforts of both internal and external teams dedicated to client services. This role involves scheduling and coordinating the technical resources essential for the successful completion of projects while ensuring exceptional service quality with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities are crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate project scopes, timelines, and fee structures.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource distribution.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control for project outputs.
- Establish and nurture client relationships with municipal and public entities.
- Prepare for and engage in project interviews.
- Supervise, develop, and mentor team members.
- Contribute to the implementation of the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a registered professional engineer in Arizona is mandatory.
- 10 to 20 years of experience in managing roadway engineering projects for public entities.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical tasks while meeting client expectations.
- Demonstrated success in client engagement, including contract initiation, negotiation, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and exhibit effective organizational skills.
