- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of inspections and findings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and accuracy in code enforcement.
- State of Florida Inspector License (BN) in residential, building, electric, mechanical, plumbing, or.
- ICC Residential or Commercial Plans Examiner and/or Inspection certification in any of the trades mentioned above.
- Knowledge of the Florida Building Code and other regulations pertaining to construction and development.
- Ability to understand and interpret codes and evaluate project proposals and projects under construction to verify conformance with code requirements.
- A competitive salary range of $32 per hour, subject to potential increases contingent upon factors such as experience, licenses, or certifications.
