Automotive Senior Technician

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is a leading provider of tire and auto service solutions in North America. As an Automotive Senior Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

The Senior Technician position requires a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills to diagnose and repair complex drivability and electrical systems. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of technicians to achieve increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to achieve technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and best practices through continuous training and development.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

• 3+ years of experience in automotive repair, with a focus on drivability and electrical systems.
• A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
