As a Sonic Restaurant Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing restaurant operations, training and supporting employees, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year**

**Job Description**

As a Sonic Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including monitoring employee compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be involved in training and supporting other employees to ensure quality food service and exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage, train, and monitor team members to ensure they meet operational standards
* Direct and assign restaurant employees as needed to ensure efficient food service
* Adhere to and monitor employee compliance of the Sonic employee handbook, policies, and practices
* Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties
* Monitor and adjust staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control as needed
* Complete weekly inventory and administrative duties, including maintaining files and records

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Serv Safe Certification
* Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
* General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations
* Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry-level retail management experience required
