Position Summary: Responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of the Speech Therapy program, aimed at enhancing the development and rehabilitation of individuals facing mental, physical, or emotional challenges.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Must have graduated from an accredited Speech Therapy program
  • Experience: Prior experience is preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications: Relevant certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess individual capabilities for daily living and vocational tasks
  2. Develop tailored treatment plans
  3. Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress notes
  4. Implement and modify treatment strategies as necessary
  5. Collaborate with other rehabilitation specialists
  6. Create and adapt assistive devices
  7. Order necessary supplies and equipment
  8. Conduct on-site evaluations
  9. Set up and sanitize equipment
  10. Complete billing and documentation processes
  11. Perform additional tasks as assigned
