We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at United Refining. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all customers with a smile and hello, offer assistance with purchases, and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Learn and operate the cash register, price and stock merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping parking lots, picking up trash, and emptying trash cans.
  • Security and Safety: Follow all security and safety policies and procedures, including handling cash and operating the cash register.
  • Accountability: Account for all shift and daily transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Skills: Ability to multi-task, organizational and communication skills, customer service skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work flexible hours.
  • Physical Demands: Incumbents must be able to lift up to fifty pounds, bend and twist, and stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods.
