Key Role Description:

As a seasoned Senior Oracle Logistics WMS and Logfire Specialist for TEPHRA, you will leverage your expertise in implementing Oracle Logistics solutions to deliver high-quality work products that meet customer needs. This role involves providing industry-leading practices, frameworks, and models for process design and implementation in transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design scalable processes for global implementation.
  • Validate and recommend business processes for feasibility in Oracle-led product stacks.
  • Identify gaps and provide mitigation approaches.
  • Configure underlying modules to orchestrate end-to-end business processes.
  • Prepare and review functional design specifications to address gaps.
  • Ensure cross-track integration within Oracle modules and applicable 3rd-party/legacy applications.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
  • Transfer knowledge to teams, including client teams.
  • Ensure adherence to client-specific standards and methodologies.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of implementation experience in Oracle WMS, Oracle Logfire, and Solution Architect roles.
  • At least one end-to-end Oracle WMS implementation with a manufacturing customer is desirable.
  • Typically 5-10 years of relevant functional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with one or more relevant software solutions.
