Job Title: Post Harvest Technician

Trulieve is seeking a highly skilled Post Harvest Technician to join our team in Maryland. As a Post Harvest Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual and measurement tests to confirm specifications of incoming cannabis flower materials
  • Reject and return unacceptable materials to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Operate medical processing equipment and participate in all steps of the process, including intake, drying, curing, and trimming
  • Maintain compliance using a centralized tracking system and document moisture testing results
  • Collect third-party testing samples and ensure all product is accounted for according to company policy and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of related experience in cannabis processing or a related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 21 years of age and able to pass a level 2 background screening
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled environment and handle organic matter daily
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time
