Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose and evaluate physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, medications, injections, and other modalities to manage pain, improve function, and enhance quality of life
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, surgeons, neurologists, and other specialists as needed
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Provide patient education and counseling on self-management strategies, adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and community resources
- Participate in one of every five weekends on call at an inpatient hospital
- Collaborate with case managers, insurance providers, and rehabilitation facilities to facilitate transitions of care and optimize outcomes for patients
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes
- A two-year guaranteed salary with incentive formula
