Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Current Connecticut RN license or new grads may work temporarily with pending licensure per State of CT DPH Graduate Nurse guidelines.
  • BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
