Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead high-energy group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
Create a positive and inclusive class environment that encourages member participation and engagement
Collaborate with the Group Fitness Team to plan and implement new class formats and programs
Maintain accurate records of class participation and attendance
Communicate effectively with members, staff, and management to ensure a seamless member experience
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements
Current CPR certification
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to maintain a safe and clean exercise environment
Familiarity with group fitness programming and exercise techniques
