- CPR/First Aid Certification: Hold current CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Background Check: Pass a background check.
- Knowledge of Regulations: Understand and comply with relevant MN Statutes and regulations.
- Computer Skills: Possess proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite programs.
- Experience: 2+ years of medication administration experience (preferred).
