Job Description: We are seeking a Pawnbroker Trainee to join our team at EZCORP. As a key member of our pawnbroking team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, processing pawn transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Responsibilities include greeting customers, responding to customer inquiries, processing pawn transactions, and performing various administrative tasks.
• A strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask are essential requirements for this role.
• Prior customer service, cashier, or retail experience is preferred.
