Nurse Leader

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to join its Labor and Delivery team in Southlake, Texas. As a key member of the nursing staff, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of patients and their families.

• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Demonstrate expertise in nursing procedures and protocols, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of two years' experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• A current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Baylor Scott & White Health offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
