CT Technologist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our team at a prestigious hospital in the Boston area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Radiologic Technology required.
  • License to practice in Massachusetts.
  • Rad Tech - Computed Tomography certification and American Registry of Rad Tech certification required.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
  • At least 1-3 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications.
