The Registered Nurse IV Therapy PRN is a critical member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a seasoned nurse with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, you will utilize your expertise to anticipate and plan for the care of our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current Florida License as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS issued by the American Heart Association.
- Current PICC Line certification.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with previous Radiology experience preferred.
