Resident Advocate

At Sunrise Senior Living, we understand the importance of providing compassionate and personalized care to seniors in our communities. That's why we're seeking a dedicated and caring Caregiver to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.

We offer a competitive salary range of $**40,000 - $50,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment that values teamwork and compassion.

This full-time position involves providing individualized support to a group of residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our management and community staff to ensure the highest quality of care and services.

1. Deliver high-quality care and services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and monitoring of health and wellness
2. Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident
3. Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
4. Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families during times of need

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience working with seniors is preferred but not necessary.

• Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in an assisted living or healthcare setting
