Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at GPM Investments, LLC. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in steering all store operations, driving success, and being the fuel behind our thriving convenience store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew, fostering a motivated work environment.
  • Provide inspirational feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Manage employee schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient store operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, from ordering to stocking, maintaining a well-stocked store.
  • Ensure the store's appearance and maintenance, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
  • Manage key financial aspects, including sales, expenses, and inventory control, driving business growth.
  • Assume responsibility for the Store Manager's duties, ensuring continuity and smooth operations during their absence.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older (varies by state)
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and liability insurance
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days, adapting to our dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English and basic math skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
