Job Summary

Cirrus Design Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business improvement and leading change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Develop and deploy best practice tools, methods, and processes to reduce waste and promote data-driven decision making.
  • Coach and champion teams, managers, and members to build a Lean culture and develop the capabilities of our people.
  • Manage complex projects spanning multiple functional departments and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Partner with process SMEs and leaders to identify areas of opportunity, develop new processes, and deploy, train, and support optimized processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
  • Minimum of five years related experience deploying Lean theories and demonstrated leadership of Kaizen events.
  • Lean Practitioner or equivalent certification and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to lead and develop a diverse team of people.
