  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and secure bar environment by enforcing responsible drinking practices and complying with all relevant regulations.
  • Perform cash-handling functions, including operating a point-of-sale system and managing daily reports.

**Requirements**

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling to meet business demands.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Previous bartending experience or training.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Understanding of sanitation-related issues and knowledge of precautions necessary to ensure a clean beverage preparation environment.

**Physical Requirements**

  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to bend, stretch, and twist.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
