Join Our Team as a Rehabilitation Specialist

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to work in the specialty area of Rehabilitation. This is a contract, Days position that requires a Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Rehabilitation setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Rehabilitation
  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice
