Job Title: Adjunct Faculty Member - Business Classes
Company: Strayer University
Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate/graduate-level Business classes in a Hybrid format
- Conduct 11 in-person meeting sessions for 2 hours weekly at the campus
- Instruct the course in both in-person and online modalities
- Utilize technology to enhance curriculum delivery
- Provide feedback and support to students for academic success
- Adhere to University policies and procedures
- Attend faculty meetings and required training
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
Work Experience:
- Teaching experience at the college level and online teaching preferred
Education:
- A Master's and Terminal degree in Business from an accredited institution
Certifications and Licenses:
- Professional certification in discipline specialty
Requirements:
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to travel to required locations
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when needed
