Driveline Assembler

Neapco Drivelines is seeking a highly skilled Driveline Assembler to join our team at our Belleville Drivelines Manufacturing location. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and calibrating driveline parts and mechanisms to meet precise tolerances and product specifications.

• Assemble and calibrate driveline parts and mechanisms to meet quality and production standards.
• Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process, including aluminum and steel parts.
• Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing work instructions.
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently, with a focus on quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and productivity.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
