Neapco Drivelines is seeking a highly skilled Driveline Assembler to join our team at our Belleville Drivelines Manufacturing location. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and calibrating driveline parts and mechanisms to meet precise tolerances and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and calibrate driveline parts and mechanisms to meet quality and production standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process, including aluminum and steel parts.
- Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing work instructions.
- Complete tasks safely and efficiently, with a focus on quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
