We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Howmet Aerospace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and motivating the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products in an efficient and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Ensure that scheduling meets business and customer needs.
- Implement and maintain effective quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with TPM, Synchronous Mfg., and Kaizen Concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
