We are currently seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our team in central New York. This dynamic individual will oversee the provision of high-quality emergency and hospital-based care at Oswego Hospital.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary ranging from $350,000 to $450,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including leadership training and development opportunities, access to over 200 hours of free continuing medical education (CME) credits, and more.

Job Responsibilities

The Medical Director will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care
  • Developing and implementing effective care strategies to improve health outcomes
  • Collaborating with hospital administrators to ensure seamless integration of services
  • Maintaining high levels of physician coverage and extending scope to meet community needs
