Master Metal Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Diversified Construction Incorporated.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various metal fabrication techniques and a strong commitment to quality and safety. You will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components.

• Perform metal fabrication tasks using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and cutting.
• Assemble and join metal parts and components using welding equipment.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and structural integrity.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder, with proficiency in various welding methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in welding operations.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience. We also offer competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
