Responsibilities:- Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
- Practice safety procedures at all times, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fire extinguishers.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
- Ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
