Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be a board-certified cardiologist with experience in performing Watchman procedures. You will have the opportunity to work on a new structural program and contribute to its success. Our average door-to-balloon time is 45 minutes, and we use Meditech Expanse EMR system in the hospital and Cerner in the clinics.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Board certification in cardiology
- Experience with Watchman procedures
- Strong communication skills
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $400,000 to $600,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The contract includes a base salary guarantee for two years, RVU-generated bonus, quality incentive bonus, and negotiable sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
- Accrual of up to 216 hours of time off
- 40 hours of CME (prorated)
- CME allowance up to $4,000 per year (prorated)
