Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' occupational therapy needs and develop comprehensive plans of care
  • Implement and modify plans of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
  • 1+ year experience as an occupational therapist in a clinical care setting
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel to meet patient needs within branch coverage area
