About the Job
  • Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring they are returned to their original state.
  • Assist in maintaining specific store inventory, focusing on continually building and increasing business through outstanding customer experience and quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers achieve their musical goals.
  • Develop knowledge and skills, including product, store operations, sales, and leadership, to provide exceptional support to customers.
  • Train learners effectively, communicating information and techniques to ensure retention.
  • Maintain foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products, staying up-to-date with the latest offerings.
