Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Citi, a leading global bank, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join its team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day development activities and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily development activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Understand requirements and break them down into actionable tasks.
  • Participate in design discussions and develop Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with agile and waterfall development methodologies, as well as test-driven development practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Java development.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and related technologies.
  • Well-versed in developing and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Comfortable working with Java 8 and Java 17.
  • Good understanding of SQL and ORM tools like Hibernate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Unit and integration testing experience.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent discipline.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Additional Information:

Citi offers a competitive salary range of $121,200.00 - $181,800.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
