Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Sales/Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical point of contact for prospective clients, providing deep knowledge of our AI products and solutions.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design custom AI solutions that address their needs.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person, that showcase the value and capabilities of our AI agents.
- Customer Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth implementation process and providing training as needed.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the CEO to develop and deliver technical proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that align with client requirements.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, providing feedback on product performance and suggesting improvements based on customer interactions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to both the sales team and clients.
- Technical Know-How: Bachelor's degree in a technical field and/or a demo of a software product that you have built. A strong understanding of AI/ML technologies is highly preferred.
- Sales Experience: Strong understanding of sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical sales, preferably in a startup or technology-driven environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into practical solutions for clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric: A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to listen to customer needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can change rapidly.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- AI/ML Expertise: Experience working with AI/ML products, APIs, or platforms.
- Startup Experience: Previous experience working in an early-stage startup, particularly in a technical or sales role.
- Certification: Relevant industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, or similar.
