We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Meadow Valley, a luxury senior living community in Traverse City, MI.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional nursing services to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, management, and families, providing clear and compassionate care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulations.
- Valid Michigan Nursing License.
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers, residents, family members, and business partners.
- Knowledge of nursing/medical practices and procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
- Basic math skills and ability to maintain accurate records.

The LPN will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with residents, staff, and families. The position requires general office work, manual dexterity for computer work, and the ability to talk, walk, stand, lift, push, pull, stoop, bend, reach, or meet other physical demands.
