About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused individual to join our Snowsports Desk team as a Snowsports Desk Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling lessons, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule lessons and assign instructors to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work closely with the Snowsports School Director and Supervisors to facilitate daily operations and achieve team goals.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all Snowsports School products and objectives to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment by fostering open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old by December 1st of the current season.
  • Previous guest service experience preferred.
  • Availability during peak operating times, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
