- A bachelor's degree in pharmacy, a master's degree in pharmacy, or a Pharm D Degree from an accredited institution is required. A valid license to practice pharmacy in Michigan is essential. A minimum of two to three years of clinical pharmacy experience is preferred, with clinical experience required for candidates with a bachelor's degree.
