Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to join our team at Alpha Rae Personnel, Inc.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing medical records, scanning and indexing documents into the imaging application, and performing manual operations as assigned.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Scanning and indexing documents into the imaging application
  • Importing medical records documents
  • Performing manual operations as assigned by management
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous experience in medical records, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work accurately with minimal supervision.

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in medical records (preferably 1-2 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work accurately with minimal supervision
  • Typing speed of at least 25 wpm
  • Able to lift or push 30 pounds
