Job Summary:

VHC Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Medical Surgical units. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and management skills, with the ability to supervise personnel and interpret hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and indirect patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes
  • Supervise assigned nursing staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Interpret and implement hospital policies to promote quality care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to address concerns and needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Minimum one year of experience in Nursing/Patient Care, preferably in a Medical Surgical setting
  • Registered Nurse licensure in Virginia or a Compact State
  • BLS certification, with ACLS or PALS certification meeting BLS requirement

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
