We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at East Tennessee Human Resource Agency, Inc. as a Fleet Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing repair and maintenance on our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are safe and reliable for our clients.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including electrical and mechanical problems.
• Conduct safety inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with regulations.
• Work on all fleet vehicles, including those no longer under warranty.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive training or certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with F endorsement required.
• Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
