Warranty and Claims Processor

The Warranty and Claims Processor will play a vital role in the Service Department at Brinson Ford Lincoln - Corsicana. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Review and prepare warranty information for all repair orders covered under warranty
• Process and review warranty claims made by customers in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of returned parts and warranty information
• Collaborate with service, parts, and sales departments to resolve warranty-related issues

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in Parts or Service Department preferred
• Ford Warranty Experience
• Basic computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
