Key Account Development Manager

Java House is expanding its presence in the US market,
with a strong focus on growth through strategic partnerships and expansion of our Liquid Beverage System.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in designated regions.
Available regions include - Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire new customers
- Managing existing customer relationships and building strong partnerships to drive growth
- Lead generation and prospecting new business
- Organize and effectively manage a potential customer funnel of targets
- Coordinate and execute training and marketing project support for Java House accounts
- Stay current with industry trends and educate customers on liquid coffee and specialty beverage solutions
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to setting sales goals and closing accounts
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business, preferably with 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits. May consider motivated recent graduates with previous Sales internship experience.
- Strong relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient at closing sales through existing relationships, warm leads, and cold calls
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time and to expectation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with ability to travel throughout assigned territory and other markets as needed
- Physical stamina to set up displays, adjust shelves during resets, move product, etc...
