Seasonal Cardiac Telemetry RN

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry team on a seasonal basis. As a Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients and families about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse diploma.
- Experience in Cardiac Telemetry or a related field.
