Lead Instructional Design Consultant

At The Mosaic Company, we're seeking a seasoned Instructional Design Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our workforce consulting team, you'll be responsible for developing innovative solutions to address our clients' training needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality training materials, including performance support tools and job aids.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and development professionals to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Facilitate client meetings and working sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage and deliver projects on time, ensuring consistent quality and meeting client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Advanced skills in training design, development, and delivery, with a proven track record of creating and presenting training materials.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate with both small- and large-scale project teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong oral and written communication, leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence and guide teams and clients.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and make informed decisions based on data and goals.
