As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality treatment services to women and women with children struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Model healthy and ethical behaviors in all interactions, adhering to HIPAA and Confidentiality standards.
  2. Act as the Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) for the program, reviewing resident/participant charts, determining medical necessity, and creating treatment plans.
  3. Facilitate the delivery of treatment services, including individual counseling, group sessions, and educational groups.
  4. Document services provided according to Agency and regulatory standards, ensuring clear, concise, and timely documentation.
  5. Familiarize yourself with regulatory expectations, ethical standards, and Agency policies and procedures.

Requirements include a LCSW, MFT, or ASW, AMFT license, with a minimum of one year's experience and registration with the BBS. Knowledge of 12-Step philosophy is also required. We offer a salary commensurate with credential and experience.
