ABT Mechanical, a reputable family-owned and operated HVAC company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team in Orem, UT.

Compensation: $24.00/hr, depending on experience

Benefits: Supplemental Accident Insurance, Vacation, Holiday, 3% IRA match

Work Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Job Summary: To process timely and accurate invoices for installation and service customers, ensuring efficient billing processes in the office. Assist in collections and resolve customer billing inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in billing (AP/AR)
• Minimum of 4 years experience with QuickBooks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized and able to manage time/tasks proficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written/verbal)
• Intermediate or above computer proficiency (familiarity with MS Office products)

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
