Astera Labs is seeking a Product Development Engineer - PCI Express to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that integrate PCIe, CXL, and Ethernet semiconductor-based solutions.

Estimated Salary: $200,000

Key responsibilities include:

Design and Development:
  • Design and develop complex SoC/silicon products with high-speed interfaces
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and quality assurance
Technical Guidance:
  • Provide technical expertise to customers on complex SoC/silicon products with high-speed interfaces
  • Develop and maintain application notes and guides for internal and customer-facing audiences
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience designing in complex SoC/silicon products with high-speed interfaces
  • Strong working knowledge of PCIe LTSSM and associated standards
