Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Consultant/Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans to promote client growth and development.
- Provide training and supervision to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
- PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist.
- BCaBA/BCBA Certification or equivalent experience and training.
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
