Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming orders from internal/external customers through electronic systems, ensuring accurate entry of order details, including product specifications, quantities, shipping information, and delivery dates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and monitor order build status throughout production to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Generate accurate and timely invoices for shipped/completed order releases, verifying pricing, discounts, and any additional charges.
  • Prepare and review necessary import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in international logistics, order processing, or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of global trade compliance, including import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
