Key Responsibilities:
The Process Facilitator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.
The candidate will assist in executing Configuration Management (CM) processes, process improvements, and integration of Change & Configuration Management for an Engineering Review Board (ERB).
Responsibilities include providing guidance to ERB Project Requestors on creating, updating, and modifying project artifacts for ERB Member approval.
The successful candidate will also assist others with documenting, decomposing, and deriving requirements, creating acceptance criteria and verification methodology to modify project proposals for ERB approval.
Additionally, they will use interpersonal skills to solve both technical and organizational conflicts, establish and maintain a contract-wide Technical Baseline, mentor and train ERB Project Requestors and project team members on ERB processes.
Facilitating, managing, and improving a program-wide Engineering Review Board process is another critical aspect of this role.
Effective communication of complex technical information to people of various backgrounds and disciplines is essential, along with providing status and briefings to senior and mid-level government leadership.
The ideal candidate will also coordinate with engineering leaders to support the application of Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement of non-manufacturing engineering processes.
They will integrate with Systems Engineering (SE), Mission Assurance (MA), Quality Assurance (QA), Enterprise Architecture (EA) to meet ERB and Configuration Control Board (CCB) objectives.
Providing guidance and governance, applying industry process/standards to ensure CM rigor and compliance, identifying challenges, creating strategies and courses of action, and executing them for a more mature and robust CM program are all key responsibilities.
Assisting in the development and implementation of organizational CM plans, policies, and procedures, collaborating, integrating, and supporting all CM teams across the organization, synchronizing and aligning CM efforts with MA, QA, EA, and SE are other aspects of this role.
Maintaining program CM documentation, conducting reviews and updates, developing and conducting CM training, performing audits/spot checks, conducting gap analysis of CM processes, recommending corrective actions, ensuring identification, status, and closure of action items and lessons learned are additional responsibilities.
About This Opportunity:
This full-time position is based at Schriever Air Force Base, CO 80912 US and offers a competitive salary of $86,500 - $111,500 annually, depending on experience, education, and any certifications directly related to the position.

A bachelor's degree and 4 years of general experience or a master's degree and 2 years of general experience, combined with 5 years of directly related CM-specific experience, are required for this position.
An active DoD Secret Security Clearance is also necessary.
